We're embarking on an Epic All-Female Adventure Across the Frozen Wilderness

This expedition echoes in the footsteps of those before us, but that does not mean it will be easy. We will attempt to break world records as the first female team to reach the southern pole of inaccessibility. It will be an exciting and arduous expedition. The interior of Antarctica has the coldest temperatures on earth at -93 degrees Celsius, we will be camping and living in this extreme environment for up to 50 days to achieve our goal.

Having experienced the unrelenting harshness of the Antarctic plateau, I recognise the enormity of the challenge that Nia and Ida are taking on.

The Antarctic Valkyries’ expedition is bold and daring, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in polar exploration. I’ll be following in awe as the wind carries them south — with a message of empowerment and inspiration.
